For many clients, the option of being able to retain time each month allows them to budget for costs. 
These are our most popular retained packages but we also offer the option for bespoke project support and ad-hoc hours.  
If you have any questions about rates or about what this package includes, please don’t hesitate to reach out.  Ad-hoc hours are charged at £40 per hour.

Project Management & OBM Services

Virtuella offers a fully comprehensive project management service.  This is the ideal service for someone who is looking for a refurbishment project to be managed.  Rates are based on a per-project basis.

Time is tracked in 15-minute increments.

For ad-hoc work, a minimum of 2 hours must be booked.  

Invoices are due on receipt and full payment must be received before any work commences.

There is a 50% surcharge for work that requires an urgent turnaround or is required outside of normal working hours.

Hours are not carried over to the following month.
